TasteVue is a platform that connects food lovers with restaurants through interactive quests. Users can complete challenges, earn points, and redeem rewards while discovering new food spots.
You can earn points by completing quests from participating restaurants. This includes dining at the restaurant, taking photos of your receipt, and leaving honest reviews. Each quest has specific requirements and point rewards.
No, you don't need to give 5-star reviews to earn points. We encourage honest and authentic reviews. Points are awarded for completing the quest requirements, not for the rating you give.
Our rewards include supermarket, transport, food and retail vouchers. More details can be found on our rewards page in the app.
Reward expiration dates vary depending on the type of reward and the restaurant. Most rewards are valid for 3-6 months from the date of earning. You'll receive notifications before rewards expire.
Restaurants join TasteVue voluntarily, and not all restaurants may be participating yet. We're constantly expanding our network. If you'd like to see a specific restaurant, you can suggest it to us, and we'll reach out to them.
Restaurant owners can join TasteVue by contacting our business development team. We'll help you create engaging quests, set up reward systems, and integrate with our platform to attract more customers.
Steps to delete account:

1. Send an email to support@tastevue.com

2. Use the subject line: 'Delete My Account - TasteVue'

3. Your request will be processed within 7 business days after identity confirmation

Note: Your account login and profile information, all uploaded receipts and images, and your complete reward history and earned points will be deleted upon deletion of your account.
